Brand Sense Partners, LLC claims it had a deal goes along with Brit in that the company would get 35% of Britney’s profits in return for securing a perfume againstct goes along with Elizabeth Arden.
According to the suit obtained by TMZ, Britney as comfortably as her dad defrauded Brand Sense by entering into a secret deal goes along with Elizabeth Arden, the entireegedly robbing Brand Sense of millions in the marketing of her perfume, Radiance.
The suit claims Brand Sense caught Jamie “red-handed” in circumventing their deal.
The lawsuit sawks more than $ 10 million in damages.

‘Teen Mom’ Pusher Arrested — 2nd Time in a Week

Brittany Maggard — the girl who triggered the currently-infamous “Teen Mom” brawl goes along with a push — was arrested yesterday afterwardsnoon for violating her probation.
Brittany — who is over probation for a separate assault case — got over the wrong side of her probation officer, who ascertained out about the “Teen Mom” fight first published over TMZ. After Brittany’s arrest this week, the Department of Corrections of North Carolina set the wheels in motion to have her popped for violating probation — that requires her to obey all laws.
Brittany is bitter, telling TMZ it is not fair she is in more trouble than the another girls in the fight as well as all she did was push Jenelle. She says she is “terrified.”
Brittany got out of jail this AM by publishing $ 5,000 bond.
